Echinacea, also called purple coneflower, is one of the most popular herbs worldwide. Native Americans have used it for centuries to treat various ailments.
Today, it’s best known as an over-the-counter herbal remedy for the common cold or flu, pain, inflammation, and migraines.
Ingredients: Echinacea.
Steeping Suggestions: 1½ tsp. tea, to 8 oz. boiling (212°) water, cover and steep for 5 - 7 minutes.
Suggestions: you may also add peppermint and lemongrass to this tea with a shot of lemon.
